l Both shipping methods include tracking numbers for your convenience.
l Customers are 100% responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
3. Shipping Times
l EMS Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 47 business days. Delivery to certain remote areas and countries may take longer.
l Express Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 15 business days. Delivery to certain remote areas and countries may take longer.
4. Tracking Your Order
l Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
l You can use this tracking number to monitor the realtime status of your shipment.
5. Shipping Delays
l Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or logistical issues.
l In such cases, our customer service team will notify you promptly.
6. Changing Shipping Information
l If you need to change your shipping information, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.
l Once the order is dispatched, changes to the shipping information may not be possible.
7. Returns and Exchanges
l You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
l If the return or exchange is due to a defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.
l For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
