Refund policy
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any of our products you are eligible for a full refund within fifteen (15) days of purchase. The product must be returned and received by us in the same condition that you received it in, including original invoice, packaging, manuals, undamaged and able to be resold.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resaleable condition. Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method. Return shipping costs due to a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.
l If a coupon or discount was applied, the refund will be processed after deducting the discount amount.
l If you have already started a subscription plan, a partial refund may be possible after review, or a refund may not be available.
Non-returnable items:
l Product that is not able to be resold.
l Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons external to NEXTLab.
l Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at support-netmeter@nextlab.co.kr. Please include pictures of the items as well as the outer and inner packaging. Do not discard any of the shipping materials until we have resolved the claim. Do not use the product if it arrives damaged.

Warranty claims(RMA):
1. Exchange for Manufacturing Defects
l For a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of the Products, if there are manufacturing defects, the Customer is eligible for an exchange.
l As NEXTLab’s sole liability and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this limited warranty, NEXTLab will, at its option and expense, replace any Product returned to NEXTLab during this 60-day period that does not comply with this warranty, as confirmed by NEXTLab.
l Replacement Products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or sixty (60) days, whichever is longer.
l All Products that are replaced become the property of NEXTLab.
l NEXTLab will cover the shipping costs, but customs duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Free Repair for Manufacturing Defects
l For a period of one (1) year after the date of receipt of the Products, if there are manufacturing defects, the Customer is eligible for free repair.
l As NEXTLab’s sole liability and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this limited warranty, NEXTLab will, at its option and expense, repair any Product returned to NEXTLab during the warranty period that does not comply with this warranty, as confirmed by NEXTLab.
l Replacement Products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or sixty (60) days, whichever is longer.
l All Products that are replaced become the property of NEXTLab.
l NEXTLab will cover the shipping costs, but customs duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Paid Repair Warranty
l For a period of three (3) years after the date of purchase, the Customer is eligible for a paid repair warranty.
Repair Process Details:
l Upon submission of a repair case, we will provide a corresponding quotation for your approval. Once the invoice is processed, we will proceed with the repair service. It is crucial that you confirm the repair service within 7 days of completion. This confirmation period allows you to verify that no further issues are present, and once confirmed, the case is considered closed. If we do not receive confirmation within 7 days after the repair is completed, the repair will be automatically approved, and the case will be closed. Any subsequent issues will require opening a new repair case.
NEXTLab will have no obligation to the extent that any failure of a Product to comply with the limited warranty results from or is otherwise attributable to:
i. negligence or misuse or abuse of the Product;
ii. use of the Product other than in accordance with NEXTLab’s published specifications or user manual;
iii. modifications, alterations or repairs to the Product made by a party other than NEXTLab or a party authorized by NEXTLab;
iv. any failure by the Customer or a third party to comply with environmental and storage requirements for the Product specified by NEXTLab, including, without limitation, temperature or humidity ranges;
v. use of the Product in combination with any third-party devices or products that have not been provided or recommended by NEXTLab.
The parties agree that NEXTLab’s RMA Policy shall apply to Products returned pursuant to this limited product warranty for a breach of warranty.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF, AND NEXTLAB SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM NEXTLAB OR ELSEWHERE, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
Warranty does not apply to:
l Returned items that failed due to an accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate in accordance with instructions provided in this refund policy.
l Returned items that failed due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.
l Returned items that failed due to rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants.
l Any item damaged in return shipment.
l Any product failure caused by installing or operating product under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.
l Returned items with cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality.
l Returned items that are incomplete or defaced.
l Returned items with a different serial number from what was authorized for return.
l Freight damaged items. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and arrange for a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.
Initiating a warranty claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support-netmeter@nextlab.co.kr and describe the issue as accurately as possible since it will be used as a basis for determining if the warranty claim is valid or not.
After NEXTLab’s evaluation of the return item, Warranty or Out-of-Warranty status will be determined. If the description of the problem is the same as previously described on customer's email, the product will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no charge and shipped back, prepaid, to the customer. Upon concluding that the item needs to be returned to NEXTLab, shipping instructions will be sent to the customer.
If the description of the problem is different from the problem described on customer's email, we will contact the customer. At such time the customer must issue a written confirmation to proceed with the repair(s), agree to cover the costs of the repair and return freight, or authorize the product to be shipped back as is, at the customer’s expense. Failure to obtain written confirmation within thirty (30) days of notification will result in the product being returned as is, at the customer’s expense.
If the product has no identifiable problem, we reserve the right to charge for testing and return shipping costs.
For any product returned to NEXTLab for reasons other than warranty, a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the credit refund. All returned items must be in their original box or crating and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error or a defective item.
As your shipping item is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We won’t be able to process the return until the returned items arrive at our facilities.
